We offer a wide range of Pet Caring services -
Dog Walking where your dog gets to enjoy a full hours walk either in a group or if you prefer on a one to one basis
Small Animal visits for those pets that prefer to stay at home whilst you are away such as cats, fish, rabbits, ferrets and even seahorses.
Our home from home boarding service requires a free no comitment consultation which takes about 45minutes where we focus on getting to know your dog or dogs, their personalities, likes and dislikes and their routine and requirements.
From this information we chose a suitable foster family. All our foster families ar chosen by us and we have stringent criteria before we chose someone to to be a carer. they have all had dogs in the past and have a wealth of experience looking after dogs
As all people and dogs are different we are careful to match the carers to your pets requirements. For example, if your dog is allowed on the furniture or sleeps on the bed than we ensure they stay with a family that will allow them to do the same. We write out a care plan which is passed onto the carer to ensure they have all the required information on how to care for them to your specification. You can also visit the carer before you go away, in their own home with your dogs to ensure you are comfortable with where they will be staying.
When you go away we offer an end to end service picking up our clients dogs, as they will settle better that way, delivering them to the foster family. You will be given a report on the activities and fun that they had whilst you were away, with photographs .
Our foster carers only look after dogs from one family at a time, this way we can ensure your care plan is followed and your beloved dog is not just “fitting in” with other boarders.
Any pick ups or drop offs are an integral part of the service and free of charge.
