Loving Dog Needs Loving Home Urgently

My partner and I recently rescued a dog from an owner who didn't want him anymore. He was going to take him back to the kennels where they had got him from. We decided to take the dog on (Richie) as they were going to put him to sleep if he went back to the kennels due to lack of space and over-crowded kennels. We love him to bits but unfortunately soon realised that we could not keep him as our cats hated him! He was fine with the cats though! So now we have a dilemma and we really need to find him a good home.
He is a cross between border colli, rotweiller, and labrador, he is about 3 years old. He has tonnes of energy and needs to be walked alot. He is very loving and loyal. I will warn you that he needs ALOT of attention and is quite hectic. He would best suit a home that has a big garden, an owner with lots of time and energy, and lots of long walks. My partner and I would also like to keep in touch with the person that takes him, to see how Richie is getting on.
